As a Geotab integration, FreightTab learns your preferences from three main sources of information
Company Details
Information provided when setting up your account
Eg. You have 25 reefers, 15 vans and are based in Chicago, IL
App Usage
The types of loads you Search and Request
Eg. You search for Van loads from Chicago, IL to Austin, TX on Mondays
ELD / HOS Data:
Lane history, current truck location and preferred operating hours
Eg. Vans leave Chicago, IL at 9 AM on Mondays and begin backhauls from Austin, TX at 10 AM on Thursdays
Behind the scenes, FreightTab searches thousands of loads in real time and uses your preferences to find the perfect load for you.
Load recommendations are prioritized based on
Rate, Commodity, Proximity to Current Location and Preferred Destination.

My Loads is your personally tailored load board. It shows all of the loads recommended specifically for your fleet.
Search
Search for loads that match your preferences. Keep things general or specify preferred deadhead, trip distance, rate and more.
Request A Load
Request a load for any future date and location and we’ll curate loads based on where your truck is headed. You’ll have your choice of loads before your driver finishes their current trip.
Driver Management
The Drivers page allows you to view and manage your fleet. Click on any driver to Request A Load, see loads recommended specifically for this driver or manage their settings.
Settings
The Settings page is designed to make your life easier. Upload your carrier packet for easy onboarding with new brokers / shippers. Set and rank your preferred lanes for even better matches.
Dispatch
Easily Dispatch any load to your preferred driver. Whether found on My Loads, through a Search, or from a Load Request, click the Share button to send the load to the driver of your choice.
